Payroll Specialist

Job Criteria
Highest Qualification: Bachelors Degree (With Honours)
Relevant Experience: 5 year(s)
Availability: Immediate
Nature of Position: Permanent

You will manage the full spectrum of the payroll function which includes ensuring timely and accurate processing of the monthly payroll, CPF submissions and annual tax filing. You will also review and analyse the total payroll expenditure as well as be involved in the yearly payroll budget preparation and forecast.


• CAT or Diploma in Accounting/Finance with 3 to 4 years’ experience in handling the full spectrum of payroll administration
• Meticulous, organised and a team player Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP system would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft excel skills
