  • Provide administrative support to all the staff
  • Responsible for the upkeep of all commercial correspondences
  • Responsible for all travel arrangements / hotel bookings for staff and guests
  • Responsible for maintaining / procurement of all office supplies such as office stationeries, pantry supplies, courier services, mailing, postage, maintenance of office equipment and etc…
  • Responsible for the Office and Pantry cleanliness.
  • Responsible for coordination for office event.
  • Responsible for the preparation of the meeting rooms in the office
  • Prepare and submit all overseas travel expenses
  • Responsible for maintaining / upkeep of sales brochures, displays, advertising materials and corporate gifts
  • Responsible to our IT suppliers for any technical issues
  • Responsible all Office Administrative duties (including machines broke down, Fire Warden and etc.)
  • Responsible for Singtel (including bridge data roam)
  • Updates all leaves(Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Child Care Leave and etc)
  • Screening of incoming calls
